Galleria Varna is the first GTC project in Bulgaria. The building shall have three underground and three ground floors with total built-up area of 100 000 sq.m. It is planned to build a multiplex with several cinemas, fitness and SPA center. Visitors shall have access to 1300 parking lots. The construction works on the project shall start in September 2008. The mall is scheduled for completion by the end of 2010. Total investment amounts to 77 000 000 EUR.
