The commercial and administrative center Omega Center is located on one of the main boulevards in Burgas – Transportna Street in the zone which is shaping itself as the industrial and business zone of the city. The building is oriented south – north and from the north side shall be established service way for access. The central entries to the shops and offices are from the south side, where the access from Transportna Street passes through park area. In the underground parking, on elevation -7.00 are provided 56 parking lots. The access to this parking is from north side of the building. On elevation -3,50 and the ground floor are designed 24 shops and cafeteria, all with separate entry from the office entry in the building. On the ground floor is located the entry lobby to the office floors. Its glass walls allow for visual contact with the commercial complex. The access is controlled and regulated by information and reception desk. Office spaces vary from 76 to 408 sq. m. and are located on four different floors. Vertical communication is secured by lifts and stairways with access to the underground parking. The hanging glass facades, modern and functional architecture, as well as the green belt on roof terraces with an area more than 500 sq. m. provide for the comfort work conditions in the building.
